Mango Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Mangos Cubed
  • 1 Red Pepper Diced
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper Diced
  • 1 Tomato Diced
  • ¼ c Diced Red Onion
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • ½ T Parsley Flakes

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  • Serve over the pork chops, chicken or as a salsa on a chip.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

You can use frozen mango chunks. Simply substitute 2 Cups of frozen mango chunks diced for the fresh mangos.
