Red Pepper Diced

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
Serve over the pork chops, chicken or as a salsa on a chip.
Enjoy!
Notes
You can use frozen mango chunks. Simply substitute 2 Cups of frozen mango chunks diced for the fresh mangos.
