Macaroni and Cheese

This three cheese macaroni and cheese comes together so simply. It can be just a stovetop mac and cheese or top with extra cheese and baked for a yummy baked mac and cheese.

- 2 c Elbow Noodles cooked and drained
- 3 c Cheese I used Extra Sharp Cheddar, Mild Cheddar and Mozzarella
- 1/4 c Butter
- 1/4 c Flour
- 2 C Milk
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1/2 t Pepper
- 1/4 t Dry Mustard
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat then add the seasonings.
Add flour and stir until smooth, continuously stirring for a minute
Add milk and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly
Once milk has thicken add 2 cups of cheese and melt the cheese into the sauce
Once your sauce has finished toss in your cooked macaroni noodles
Place into a casserole dish top with the remaining cheese
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
