Lentil Bulgogi Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 c Shredded Carrots for Taco Topping
  • 1/4 c Shredded Cabbage for Taco Topping
  • 2 Corn or Flour Tortillas
  • 1 c Lentils
  • 1 T Brown Sugar
  • 1 T Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 T Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 t Ginger
  • 1/4 t Garlic
  • 1/4 t Crushed Red Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Ginger, Garlic, and the Crushed Red Pepper to make the Bulgogi Sauce.
  • Top the lentils with the sauce. Build your tacos. A few additional toppings you could add are some store bought Yum Yum Sauce or Sour Cream, and Pickled Onions.
