Jerk Pork Chops

This recipe is for pork chops, but it easily varies to include chicken or tenderloin as well. Be sure to top it with the Mango Salsa
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1 T Jerk Seasoning
- 1 T Olive Oil
- 1/4 C Orange Juice
Combine the juice, olive oil and the jerk seasoning blend.
Coat the pork chops and set to the side while you make the Mango Salsa (recipe below)
Sauté in a pan for 5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature is 160.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes and serve.
