Chop Veggies and cook in the olive oil until translucent.
Push Veggies to the side of pan and brown ground beef.
Add all other ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes while your Spaghetti Squash is cooking in the Instant Pot.
To cook your spaghetti squash in the Instant Pot, cut the squash in half and take the seeds and pulp out.
Salt and Pepper the inside of the squash and cook on High Pressure for 9 minutes (be sure to add one cup of water to the instant pot).
After the cooking cycle has completed, let the instant pot naturally release for 10 minutes, and then release the steam
Serve with the ragu inside the spaghetti squash and top with parmesan cheese if desired.
