Create your seasoning blend by combining the cumin, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
Coat the pork loin with half of the seasoning blend.
Using the sauté function brown the pork and sauté all of the vegetables except the frozen corn.
Add the flour and stir until all of the pork and vegetables are coated.
Turn off the sauté function add the frozen corn and chicken broth and salsa verde
Close the lid and cook on the Soup function
Once cooking is complete allow Instant Pot to naturally release for 10 minutes
