Add oil to the Instant Pot and turn on the sauté function
Sauté celery, carrots, onions and garlic
Once the veggies are softened, turn off the sauté function
Add the chicken, broth, pasta, parsley salt and pepper
Close the lid and cook on High Pressure for 7 minutes
Once cooking is complete, manually release the pressure. Be prepared for some spewing once you release the pressure due to the level of broth in our soup.
