Ham and Cheese Egg Bites

These egg bites are a perfect breakfast on the go! They will keep in the fridge for 3 days, and can be frozen for easy meal prep.
- 6 Eggs
- ½ C Milk
- ¼ c Shredded Cheese
- ¼ c Diced Ham
- ¼ c Chopped Spinach
- ¼ c Diced Red Peppers
Using a blender combine eggs, milk and cheese.
Pour egg mixture into a well-greased muffin tin.
Add ham, peppers, spinach and cheese to the top of the egg mixture in the muffin tin.
Bake at 350 for 20 Minutes
