Half and Half Cornbread Muffins
In this recipe, we are making half of the cornbread muffins regular cornbread and the other half Jalapeno Cornbread. This recipe makes 12 corn muffins
- 1 Box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix any corn muffin mix will work here
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 c Milk
- ½ c Cheddar Cheese
- ½ c Frozen Corn
- 1 T Diced Jalapenos
In a bowl combine the egg, milk and corn muffin mix and stir to combine
In a greased muffin tin use half of the batter and fill 6 muffin tines
Add the remaining ingredients to the corn muffin mix
Fill the rest of your muffin tin with this mixture
Bake at 400 for 14-16 minutes
