Easy Weeknight Ragu Recipe

This easy ragu recipe can be made quickly making it a perfect weeknight meal addition.
- 1 pkg Rigatoni
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 2 Celery Stalks
- 2 T Olive Oil
- ΒΌ c wine
- 1 c Beef or Vegetable Broth
- 1 T Tomato Paste
- 1 28 oz can of Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 lb Ground Beef
Cook the Rigatoni until it is al dente, reserve 1 cup of the pasta water.
Chop Veggies and cook in the olive oil until translucent.
Push Veggies to the side of pan and brown ground beef.
Add all other ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add your al dente rigatoni to the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes.
If the sauce is to think add a little pasta water
