Crockpot Shrimp and Grits for One

The simple shrimp and grits recipe can easily be doubled if you are making this for two. I prefer my Creole Seasong Blend, but a store bought version works fine too.
- 6 Frozen Shrimp one serving
- 1/3 C Grits one serving
- 1 ½ C Chicken Broth
- 1 t House Seasoning
- 2 T Olive Oil
- 1 T Creole Seasoning. If you are using a store bought Creole Seasoning blend bump this down to a teaspoon.
- 2 T Heavy Cream or Milk
- 1/3 c Shredded Cheese
- Cooking Spray for Crockpot
Using the cooking spray, spray the inside of your crockpot
Combine all ingredients except the cream and cheese
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Stir in Cheese and Cream
Enjoy!
