Place chicken, the cream of soups and the sour cream in the Crockpot
Cook on High for 2-3 Hours or Low for 4-5 Hours
Remove the chicken and shred
Stir the cream of soups and sour cream until smooth and place your chicken back into the crockpot
Make your cracker topping by combining the crushed crackers, butter and parmesan cheese
Top the chicken mixture with the cracker topping and cook for another 30 minutes. Be sure to crack the lid of the crockpot during this so that the steam does not build up and make your crackers soggy.
Serve over a baked potato, egg noodles, or rice

Notes
If you are not using homemade cream of soup and using the canned instead, add 1 can of cream of soup (either cream of chicken or cream of celery) and add 1/4 c Chicken Broth to the soup to thin it out a bit.
