In a 9x 13 pan place cherry tomatoes around the outside and place the Boursin cheese in the center of the pan.
Top with 2 T olive oil and salt and pepper
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes
Toss the shrimp in the remaining olive oil and salt and pepper
After 20 minutes add the shrimp to the tomatoes and Boursin pan and, if using add the asparagus, and continue to cook for 10 more minutes
Once the shrimp and asparagus are cooked through remove from the oven and add 1/4 c Water and stir everything together
Top with parmesan cheese
Serve over zoodles.
