Corn Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • ΒΌ c Grated Onion you could use diced onions as well
  • 2 T Diced Jalapeno
  • 1 Garlic Clove Minced
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 14 oz can Creamed Corn
  • 1 14 oz Can of Corn drained
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Box of Corn Muffin Mix

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Combine all ingredients and place in a greased 9x9 pan
  • Bake for 45 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  • Enjoy!
