Chili

This recipe uses my Chili Seasoning Mix. You can use the entire mixture, but I would suggest starting with 2 T of the chili seasoning and then add more to taste.
- Chili Seasoning Mix
- 1 lb Ground Beef Browned and Drained
- 1 can Dark Red Kidney Beans
- 1 6 oz can of Tomato Paste
- 1 15 oz can of Tomato Sauce
- 1 14.5 oz can of Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
Brown Ground Beef then drain off excess fat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for atleast 30 minutes.
Serve with Sour Cream and Shredded Cheddar Cheese. For added spice add a few sliced jalapenos
