Grease the sheet pan.
Mix together melted butter, creole seasoning and the oil
Place corn and sausage in a bowl and top with ½ of the creole seasoning/oil mixture
Then place on the sheet pan and bake at 425 for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes add cooked gnocchi to the pan top with the remaining creole seasoning/oil mixture
Place it back into the oven for 5 more minutes
Once everything is cooked squeeze the lemon on top and sprinkle with the parsley
