Using the steam setting, cook the ham and veggies for 10 minutes, stirring at the 5 minute mark.
Crack the egg in a bowl and pour over the breakfast hash steam for 2 minutes.
Turn off the rice cooker and keep the lid closed for another 2 minutes
Open the lid and test the yolk. If the yolk is not cooked enough simply close the lid and wait for another 2 minutes until the yolk is done to your likeness.
Remove from the rice cooker and enjoy!
