Breakfast Burrito

Turn your leftovers from Taco Night in to a delicious Breakfast Burrito with this recipe.
- ¼ lb Taco Meat
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ c Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1 t Diced Jalapeno
- 1 T Diced Onion
- 1 T Milk
- ½ Avocado
- 1 T Chopped Tomato or Salsa
Combine all the ingredients except the avocado and tomatoes.
Line your crockpot with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray.
Pour your burrito filling into the crockpot and cook on High for 2 Hours.
Once it has finished cooking place your burrito filling in to a tortilla, add the avocado and tomatoes and roll into a burrito.
At this point you can toast it if you’d like.
