Blueberry French Toast Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chopped bread French loaf, Hawaiian sweet rolls or croissant
  • ½ c Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 T Mascarpone Cheese
  • 2 T Brown Sugar
  • ½ t Vanilla
  • ½ c Blueberries
  • 1 T Powdered Sugar for the glaze
  • 1 t Lemon Juice also for the glaze

Instructions
 

  • Spray or Butter the inside of your slow cooker.
  • Combine all ingredients except the powdered sugar and lemon juice and add to the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours
  • Mix your powdered sugar and lemon juice together and pour over the top of the casserole.
  • Enjoy!
