Bacon Jam

This bacon jam has the perfect mix of savory and sweet. Serve this over a burger or serve it over cream cheese as a delicious party appetizer.
- 6 Slices of Bacon
- 2 Onions Sliced
- 1/3 c Cold Coffee
- ½ c Brown Sugar
- 1 T Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ c Water
Brown bacon in pan.
Once bacon is cooked push to the side of the pan and cook onions in the bacon grease.
Brown onions, this may take 10-15 minutes.
Once onions have caramelized add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until most of the liquid has cooked out remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Store in an airtight container.
