Air Fryer Granola

This granola is very versatile, you can change the add ins for a different variety.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 c Old Fashioned Oats
  • 3 T Coconut Oil
  • 3 T Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 c Pecans
  • 1/4 c Cranberries
  • 1 t Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients except the cranberries
  • Air at 325 for 8 minutes
  • Stir and continue to cook for another 5 minutes
  • Stir one more time and cook for another 6 minutes
  • Allow granola to cool and then add in your cranberries
  • Enjoy!

Notes

A few additional add ins would be shredded coconut, dried blueberries, sliced almonds, walnuts or raisins.
