Cook bacon either in the air fryer at 350 for 7-10 minutes or in a pan on the stovetop
Sprinkle the tomatoes with House Seasoning
Bread your green tomatoes by dipping the slices in the flour, the egg, then the panko breadcrumbs/cornmeal mixture
Place in the air fryer and spray with the oil spray
Air fry at 400 for 14 minutes, flipping at the 7-minute mark
Assemble your sandwich by spreading the pimento cheese on top the bread then layer the tomatoes, arugula and bacon.
