Combine the flour and Greek yogurt and mix until it becomes a ball.
Knead the dough for a minute or two until it starts to get smooth and “toughen up”
Divide the dough into two and shape into your bagel
Sprinkle the optional topping on top. If it is not sticking, brush with a little water to help it stick
Bake in the Air Fryer 10-12 minutes flipping after 8 minutes
Allow to cool slightly and slice.
Add your favorite bagel toppings and enjoy!
