Chicken Caesar Wrap
Ingredients
- ¼ Pound Ground Chicken
- ½ t Greek Seasoning
- Caesar Salad Kit
- Flour Tortilla
Instructions
- Mix the ranch seasoning into the ground chicken.
- Spread chicken onto the tortilla in a thin layer
- Place chicken size down and cook over medium heat in a saucepan
- Once the chicken has browned flip over and cook the tortilla side.
- Once the chicken is cooked through remove from the heat
- Top with Caesar Salad Kit lettuce, cheese and dressing.
- Enjoy!
Bacon Ranch Chicken Burger
Ingredients
- ¼ lb Ground Chicken
- 1 t Ranch Seasoning
- Burger Bun and Toppings of your choice
Instructions
- Combine chicken and seasoning and shape into a patty
- Cook in the Air fryer for 12-15 Minutes at 375
- Assemble Your Burger and Enjoy!
Tuscan Chicken Meatballs
Ingredients
- For the Meatballs
- ½ lb Ground Chicken
- ½ Egg simply mix your egg together and use half
- 1 T Bread Crumbs
- 1 T Parmesan Cheese
- 1 t Greek Seasoning
- 1 T Sundried Tomato Oil
- For the Sauce
- 2 T Butter
- 1 T Flour
- 1 Garlic clove minced
- 1 t Greek Seasoning
- 1 T Sundried Tomatoes
- 1 T Parmesan Cheese
- ½ c Chopped Spinach
- ¼ c Milk or Heavy Cream
- 1 c chicken Broth
Instructions
- Assemble the meatballs and cook in the Air fryer for 10-14 minutes.
- While the meatballs are cooking make your sauce by melting the butter then adding the flour.
- Whisk in garlic, milk and Chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Once the sauce has thickened slightly add in the tomatoes, spinach and cheese.
- When the meatballs have reached 165 degrees place in the sauce and stir to combine.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, Noodles or Rice.
- Enjoy!
