Shortcut Orange Chicken with Asian Slaw
This Orange Chicken can be adapted to Teriyaki Chicken or Bang Bang Chicken just by changing the sauce. It is versatile and can be done in the time it takes to cooking the chicken
Ingredients
- Frozen Chicken Nuggets
- Orange Chicken Sauce
- 1 Bag of Asian Slaw Mix
- 1 Frozen Bag of Edamame
Instructions
- Cook chicken according to the package directions.
- Toss cooked chicken in sauce.
- Serve with a side of edamame and a bagged Asian Slaw Salad kit.
- Enjoy!
Shortcut Meatball Stroganoff
This meatball stroganoff can be cooked on the stove, in the oven or in the crockpot. Using frozen meatballs the serving sizes can range from 1-4 servings.
Ingredients
- Frozen Meatballs
- 1 12 oz Jar of Beef Gravy
- 1 C Beef Broth
- Egg Noodles
- Sour Cream
Instructions
- Place meatballs in a pan or crockpot.
- Cover with the Beef Gravy
- Add enough Beef Broth to cover the meatballs
- Cook according to the package directions
- Cook egg noodles
- Once the meatballs have finish cooking add 1 T per serving of Sour Cream (2 T for 2 servings, 4 T for 4 servings)
- Serve over the cooked Egg Noodles
- Enjoy!
Steak Sandwich
This steak sandwich using shaved steak, but you can slice a ribeye or use deli roast beef here as well. This recipe is for 3-4 sandwiches but it can be easily adjusted to one just by adjusting your ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Shaved Steak
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 T Steak Seasoning
- 1 T Worcestershire Sauce
- Sub Rolls
Instructions
- Slice the onion and bell pepper
- Add minced garlic clove, Worcestershire and the steak seasoning to the steak
- Sauté the steak and the Bell Pepper and Onion
- Serve on a Sub RollEnjoy!
