Pimento Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • ½ c Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ c Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 T Chopped Roasted Red Peppers
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • ¼ t Onion Powder
  • ¼ t Ground Mustard
  • 1/8 t Cayenne Pepper more as needed to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
  • Enjoy!

Bacon Wrapped Pimento Cheese Stuffed Jalapenos

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Jalapenos
  • 1 c Pimento Cheese
  • 12 Slices of Bacon

Instructions
 

  • Slice jalapenos in half and remove the seeds
  • Stuff jalapeno halves with pimento cheese
  • Wrapped stuffed jalapenos with bacon
  • Bake in the oven at 400 for 20 minutes
  • Enjoy!

Notes

To air fry these you will cook them at 380 for 10 minutes

Bacon Wrapped Dates

Crispy, caramelized bacon-wrapped dates made quickly in the air fryer with minimal mess.
Measurements aren’t exact here — just scale the ingredients based on how many servings you need.

Ingredients
  

  • Dates
  • Bacon
  • Soft Cheese like Cream cheese Goat cheese, Manchego or Mascarpone
  • Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Open dates and spread cream cheese on the inside. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Wrap in bacon
  • Air Fryer at 385 for 10-11 minutes flipping halfway through cooking
  • If you are oven baking these, cook at 400 for 18-20 minutes
  • Enjoy!

Simple Air Fryer Wings

This recipe will have your crispy wings ready to go in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Chicken Wings
  • Oil to Coat the Wings

Instructions
 

  • Cook the wings in your Air Fryer at 380 for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time. If you prefer crispier wings you can up the temperature to 385 for 20-25 minutes

Notes

If you are oven baking these. Bake at 400 for 40-45 minutes.

Crockpot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 C Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 c Parmesan Cheese reserve ¼ c for the end
  • 1 C Chopped Fresh Spinach
  • 1 C Chopped Artichoke Hearts with the oil
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • ½ c Heavy Cream you could substitute mayo here
  • 1 Garlic Clove Minced

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except for the ¼ c of Parmesan Cheese
  • Place into a greased 2 qt Crockpot
  • Cook on High for 2 Hours or low for 4 Hours
  • 30 Minutes before the end of your cooking time top with the remaining parmesan cheese
  • Serve with crusty bread or tortilla chips.
  • Enjoy!

Air Fryer Sausage Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Pound Pork Sausage
  • 1 C Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 C Bisquick
  • 2 T Milk

Instructions
 

  • Combine and shape into 2 inch balls
  • Air fry at 390 for 8-10 Minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.
  • *these can be premade and frozen. If you are cooking frozen sausage balls bake at 350 for 30 minutes or Air fry at 360 for 12 minutes
