Shepherd’s Pie from Leftovers
Ingredients
- 2 T Diced Onions
- 1 Garlic Clove Minced
- ½ lb Browned Ground Beef
- 2 c Frozen Peas and Carrots
- 1 t Tomato Paste
- 1 T Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 T Flour
- 1/8 t Black Pepper
- 1- 1.5 C Beef Broth If you want it saucier add 1/5 c of Beef Broth for a thicker beef Broth add 1 c of Beef broth
- 1-2 T Butter cut into slices
- Leftover Mashed Potatoes
Instructions
- Sauté diced onions and garlic
- Add ground beef and frozen peas and carrots
- Add 1 T flour and black pepper and stir to combine
- Add tomato paste, Worcestershire Sauce and beef broth
- Bring to a boil and reduce the heat until thickened
- Add Mashed Potatoes to the top
- Add butter to the top of the potatoes
- Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
