Crockpot Low Country Boil for One
Ingredients
- 10 Frozen Shrimp
- 1 Smoked Sausage Link or ¼ pound of a kielbasa
- 1 Ear of Corn
- 5 Mini Potatoes
- 1 C Chicken Broth
- 1 t Creole Seasoning
- 1 T Oil
- 1 T Melted Butter
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- 1 t Parsley
Instructions
- Combine the melted butter, oil and Creole Seasoning.
- Place potatoes, Corn that is split in half or thirds, and sausage in the crockpot and top with half of the butter seasoning mixture.
- Add chicken broth and top with frozen shrimp.
- Add the other half of the butter seasoning mix on top of the shrimp.
- Cook on High for 2 Hours or Low for 4-5hours.
- Once your low country boil is finished cooking, top it with a squeeze of lemon and the parsley.
- Enjoy!
