Today I’m sharing my secret Mac and Cheese recipe. This recipe is so easy and one that I make for my family very often. The secret is to use multiple kinds of cheese and dry mustard powder.

Macaroni and Cheese
This three cheese macaroni and cheese comes together so simply. It can be just a stovetop mac and cheese or top with extra cheese and baked for a yummy baked mac and cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 c Elbow Noodles cooked and drained
- 3 c Cheese I used Extra Sharp Cheddar, Mild Cheddar and Mozzarella
- 1/4 c Butter
- 1/4 c Flour
- 2 C Milk
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1/2 t Pepper
- 1/4 t Dry Mustard
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat then add the seasonings.
- Add flour and stir until smooth, continuously stirring for a minute
- Add milk and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly
- Once milk has thicken add 2 cups of cheese and melt the cheese into the sauce
- Once your sauce has finished toss in your cooked macaroni noodles
- Place into a casserole dish top with the remaining cheese
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
