Slow Cooker Hamburger Steak for One a Shortcut Crockpot Meal

Today we are making Shortcut Crockpot Hamburger Steak. Why is it called shortcut? Because we are going to be using a dry gravy mix to add flavor with minimal effort. You are going to love this one friend-it is SO easy!

Slow Cooker Hamburger Steak for One

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ lb Hamburger Patty
  • 1 T Butter
  • 1 T Dry Brown Gravy Mix
  • ½ c Beef Broth
  • ¼ of an onion sliced
  • 1/8 t Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 t Onion Powder
  • 1/8 t Dried Parsley
  • 1/8 t Black Pepper
  • Dash a ground Thyme
  • Potato
  • Oil for the potato
  • House Seasoning for the Potato

Instructions
 

  • Place onions and butter in the bottom of the crockpot
  • Season the hamburger patty with the garlic, onion, parsley, black pepper, thyme and the gravy mix
  • Place the seasoned hamburger patty on top of the onions in the crockpot
  • Oil the potato, season with the house seasoning and wrap in foil
  • Cook on High for 4-5 Hours or Low for 7-8 Hours
  • Enjoy!
