Crockpot Stuffed Shells and Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 Parboiled Jumbo Shells
  • 6 oz Ricotta
  • 3/4 c Italian Cheese Blend
  • 1- 1.5 Cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 Clove Garlic Minced
  • ¼ t Oregano
  • ¼ t Basil
  • 1/8 t Salt
  • 1/8 T Pepper
  • 2 T Spinach optional

Instructions
 

  • Parboil your Jumbo Shells for 9 minutes
  • Add your garlic and seasonings to the ricotta cheese, and the spinach if you are using it.
  • Fill your shells with the ricotta mixture.
  • Place ¼ c Sauce in the bottom of your crockpot
  • Place filled shells on top of the sauce
  • Add the remaining sauce and top with cheese.
  • Cook on High for 2 Hours or Low for 4 Hours
  • Serve and Enjoy!
