Date Butter

A smooth, naturally sweet spread made from blended dates—perfect on toast, oatmeal, or in baking.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 C Dates
  • 1 C Water

Instructions
 

  • Bring water and dates to a boil. Allow to cool.
  • Once dates are cooled use a blender or a Nutribullet to blend dates smooth.
  • This makes 12 ounces or 1 1/2 cups of Date Butter. Store in a container with a tight fitting lid, like a mason jar or jelly jar.
  • Enjoy on apples, pancakes, or use the date butter as a sweetener in your smoothies.

Date and Kale Salad

A hearty kale salad tossed with chopped dates, nuts, and a tangy vinaigrette for a sweet-savory crunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chopped Dates
  • Kale Salad Mix
  • Walnuts
  • Goat Cheese or Feta Cheese whichever you prefer
  • ¼ c Olive Oil
  • 2 T Maple Syrup
  • 1 T White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 ½ t Dijon Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and Enjoy!

Notes

Dressing for One
1 T Light Tasting Olive Oil
½ T Maple Syrup
1 t White Vinegar
½ t Dijon Mustard

Snicker Dates

Sweet Medjool dates stuffed with peanut butter, then coated in chocolate and topped with pecans for a better-for-you twist on a Snickers bar.
Measurements aren’t exact here — just scale the ingredients based on how many servings you need.

Ingredients
  

  • Dates
  • Peanut Butter
  • Melted Chocolate Chips
  • Chopped Pecans

Instructions
 

  • Open dates and press to flatten
  • Spread Peanut Butter on to dates
  • Top with melted chocolate chips and chopped pecans
  • Enjoy! Store in the refrigerator

Air fryer Bacon Wrapped Dates

Crispy, caramelized bacon-wrapped dates made quickly in the air fryer with minimal mess.
Measurements aren’t exact here — just scale the ingredients based on how many servings you need.

Ingredients
  

  • Dates
  • Bacon
  • Soft Cheese like Cream cheese Goat cheese, Manchego or Mascarpone
  • Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Open dates and spread cream cheese on the inside. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Wrap in bacon
  • Air Fryer at 385 for 10-11 minutes flipping halfway through cooking
  • Enjoy!
